Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were divine, but unfortunately, mine was nice yet dirty, and lacked a view due to being on the top floor with ceiling windows. The service had its ups and downs with some staff members pretending not to know about noise issues while others were kind and made my evening memorable. The location was fabulous for exploring wineries but lacked the expected riverside view. The dining was a hit and miss with varied quality. Overall, it was an interesting stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel is situated in a lovely village right on the river, offering a great location for exploring wineries. The rooms were noisy due to staff movements and not as clean after a day out. The service was friendly and accommodating. Dining was satisfactory with a good selection of foods available.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offer a beautiful view overlooking the Ebro River after a bit of extra insistence, although lacking a coffee machine. The initial room temperature was quite high at 29.5 degrees, which was a bit uncomfortable for our arrival.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although beautiful and comfortable, lacked a proper view due to the ceiling windows. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mrs Isabela who arranged visits for us; however, some staff members need further training in basic manners. The hotel's location in the charming village of Briñas was lovely, offering great river views and pleasant walks, but it would have been perfect if there was a pool on the terrace. The dining experience was delightful, with well-presented options and included items, though more variety would have been appreciated.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, although they lacked any views except for roof windows. On the bright side, some rooms offered lovely views over the Rio Ebro. The service was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed. The location was perfect for exploring Rioja wineries, set on the riverside with a beautiful terrace. However, the dining experience fell short due to poor acoustics in the restaurant. Overall, a good value for the price.
